What we collect.
- From the quote form: name, company, role, e-mail, phone, county, what the project is for, its approximate size, the product and your message.
- From the partner application: the same contact details, the counties you cover and what you sell; later, if you go ahead, your company’s CUI, address, website, yearly volume, ANRE authorisation number and whether you have a warehouse.
- From the “find an installer” form: name, e-mail, phone, county, town and what you need.
- When you visit the site: technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser, pages visited), and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (see the cookie policy).

Who receives it.
- Our hosting and e-mail providers: to be confirmed names.
- For the “find an installer” form only: one partner installer who covers your county.
- With your consent: Google (Analytics and Ads).
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
We don’t sell personal data.
Transfers outside the EU. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it.
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a contract: 24 months.
- Partner applications that aren’t accepted: 12 months.
- Customers and partners: for the duration of the relationship, then as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Analytics data: to be confirmed 14 months.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of processing, or a copy of it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to to be confirmed e-mail. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
No automated decisions. We don’t make decisions about you by automated means or profile you.
